With "Mimosa" salad any table will become festive. Delicate and easy to prepare, it is not for nothing that it is considered one of the most popular salads.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Canned fish (saury, herring, pink salmon) 200 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Potatoes 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Red onion 1 pc
Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.
Dill (for decoration)
Peel the onion. Remove skin and bones from fish.
Boil carrots, potatoes and eggs, cool and peel.
Put a layer of grated potatoes on a dish.
Pour a little fish juice on top. Grease the potato layer with mayonnaise.
Add chopped fish and onions.
Put the grated carrots and brush with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with grated egg whites.
Top with dill sprigs and grated egg yolks. Let it brew.
Mimosa salad is ready, you can serve it to the festive table.
