Fish salad "Delicious"


Canned saury 120 g

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Canned green peas 120 g

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Put the fish without liquid in a bowl and remove the bones. Mash well with a fork.

Boil eggs and potatoes, cool and peel. Rinse and dry the onion well.

Dice the potatoes and eggs into a bowl of fish.

Add canned green peas and mayonnaise. Salt to taste.

Stir the salad and let it brew.

Place the salad in a salad bowl or on a platter using a serving ring. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Salad with fish "Delicious" is ready. Can be served at the table.
