Beet 1 pc
Potatoes 2 pcs
Canned green peas 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Mayonnaise to taste
Cook the chicken leg and separate the meat from the bones. Disassemble into small pieces.
Boil potatoes, eggs, beets, cool and peel. Cut into cubes.
In a bowl, combine chicken meat, diced beets and potatoes, add green peas and shredded egg whites.
Mix well, salt if desired and season with mayonnaise.
