The salad with boiled chicken, fresh cucumbers and nuts turns out to be incredibly tender and soft. It will perfectly complement any dish, which makes it a good choice for a festive table.

Chicken fillet 1 pc
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Hard cheese 30 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.
Universal seasoning 1 tsp.
Parsley (greens) 3 sprigs
Walnuts (chopped) 2 tbsp. l.
Lettuce leaves (for decoration)
Cook the chicken fillet in advance until tender. Cool in broth. Cut the fillets into small strips or fiber. Fold into a bowl.
Add sliced cucumber, grated cheese and all-purpose seasoning.
Add mayonnaise, chopped parsley and finely chopped nuts.
Stir and cool. Put on a platter with lettuce leaves. Decorate with herbs.
Serve to the New Year's table.
