"Festive" rice salad

An original and easy-to-prepare festive puff salad with rice is sure to please your guests.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Crab sticks 200 g

Eggs 5 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mayonnaise 4 tbsp l.

Green onions for decoration


Boil 5-6 eggs, cool and peel.

Pour 400 ml of water and cook for 12-15 minutes until cooked.

Place the serving ring on the dish and place half of the rice in the bottom layer.

Brush with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and season with salt to taste.

Finely chop 200 g of crab sticks and put half on a layer of rice.

Add half of the grated eggs in a layer to the crab sticks.

Brush with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Cut fresh cucumber into cubes and lay out.

Grease with mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Add the other half of the chopped crab sticks, brush with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Put the grated boiled eggs on top and brush with mayonnaise.

Decorate with green onions and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Remove the serving ring.

"Festive" rice salad is ready. Can be served to the table.

Rice from "Aleika" has a silky texture, rich in useful microelements and practically does not contain fats. Round grain rice contains a lot of starch, which is why it cooks faster and acquires a delicate consistency.
