Vegetable salad with cheese and Provencal herbs, this simple vegetable salad can be made very quickly for any occasion.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Pickled cheese (feta cheese, suluguni) 100 g
Fresh cucumber 2 pcs
Cherry tomatoes 4-5 pcs
Red onion 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Olive oil 2 tbsp l.
Provencal herbs 1/4 tsp
Rinse and dry vegetables.
Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into slices into a bowl.
Add sliced bell peppers, half rings of red onion and finely chopped parsley.
Add 100 grams of diced cheese and 1/4 teaspoon of Provencal herbs. Season with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir.
Put in a salad bowl and serve.
