An easy-to-prepare salad with corn, cheese, eggs and smoked sausage that can be cooked in just 20 minutes.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Cheese 100 g
Canned corn 100 g
Semi-smoked sausage 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Boil 3 eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel.
Dice the boiled eggs into a bowl and grate 100 g of cheese.
Add 100 g canned corn and 100 g diced semi-smoked sausage to a bowl.
Add chopped parsley and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Salt to taste. Stir the salad and place in a salad bowl.
The corn salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
