Greek salad with Fetaxa

This Greek salad with Fetaxa hides the secret of Mediterranean harmony, fresh vegetables, olive oil and tender cheese.

Canned olives without pits 100 g

Fetaxa 100 g

Fresh cucumber 2 pcs

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1-2 pcs

Olive oil 2-3 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.

Lemon juice 1/2 tsp


Cut the cucumber and bell pepper into large cubes into a bowl.

Add diced tomatoes and whole olives.

Add chopped onions in half rings to a bowl with vegetables.

Add diced cheese to the vegetables.

For dressing, add finely chopped parsley and ½ teaspoon of lemon juice to a bowl of butter, mix well.
