Salad with squid and fresh cucumber "Romance"

Squid, fresh cucumber and vegetables in a truly winter salad.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Squid 3 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Canned green peas 100 g

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Defrost the squids.

Boil water, add squid and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Cool the squid.

Cut into strips into a bowl.

Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and peel.

Add chopped fresh cucumber, boiled potatoes, eggs and canned peas to the squid bowl. Season with mayonnaise.

Stir and salt to taste.

Put in a salad bowl.

Salad with squid and fresh cucumber "Romance" is ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
