Potato salad with pickled cucumbers, mushrooms and onions

Aromatic potato salad with mushrooms, seasoned with aromatic sunflower oil for a delicious and healthy dinner.

Onion 1 pc

Pickled cucumbers 100 g

Pickled mushrooms 100 g

Green onions for decoration


Wash potato tubers well and wrap in foil. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C in the oven. Cool down.

Peel potatoes and onions.

Dice potatoes and onions into half rings into a bowl.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into halves or wedges, cut large mushrooms into halves.

Place the cucumbers and mushrooms in a bowl.

Stir the salad.
