Chicken and carrot salad

Hearty and delicious salad with chicken, carrots and cheese.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Garlic clove 1-2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Boil chicken fillet and eggs until tender and cool.

Grate cheese and carrots, pass the garlic through a press.

Finely chop eggs and chicken into a bowl.

Add grated carrots, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise.

Stir and salt to taste. Put in a salad bowl.

Chicken and carrot salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
