Cabbage, radish and cucumber salad

Fresh vegetable salad of cabbage, radish and cucumber. Some vitamins and benefits for you.

Ingredients

White cabbage 200 g

Fresh cucumber 2 pcs

Radish 5-7 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry cabbage, radishes, cucumbers and herbs.

Cut cucumbers and radishes into a bowl.

Add chopped cabbage and herbs.

Stir the salad, salt and season with vegetable oil.

Put in salad bowls.

A delicious and healthy salad of cabbage, radish and cucumbers is ready. Can be served at the table.
