A delicious and simple chicken breast salad, which will especially appeal to lovers of a healthy lifestyle, fresh vegetables and mushrooms.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Chicken fillet 2 pcs
Fresh champignons 4-5 pcs
Tomato 2 pcs
Lettuce leaves 1 bunch
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
Salt and season with Provencal herbs.
Fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on both sides for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
Peel the mushrooms.
Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Fry mushrooms for 2-3 minutes in a pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Dice tomatoes into a bowl, add mushrooms.
Add chicken fillet, parsley and lettuce (pick by hand).
Season with salt and pepper to taste, season with vegetable oil and stir.
Place in a portioned salad bowl or one large.
