Classic vinaigrette with beans

This recipe will help you prepare a delicious classic vinaigrette with beans and sauerkraut.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Sauerkraut 150 g

Canned red beans 100 g

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Beet 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Boil beets and carrots until tender, cool and peel.

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool and peel.

Dice the beets, carrots, potatoes into a bowl.

Add diced cucumbers and sauerkraut.

Drain the liquid from the beans.

Add beans, stir and season with salt to taste. Season with vegetable oil.

Put in a salad bowl.

Classic vinaigrette with beans is ready. Let it brew for 1 hour in the refrigerator and can be served.
