Hearty and delicious salad with omelet, which should be in the piggy bank of every housewife.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Semi-smoked sausage 100 g
Cheese 100 g
Canned green peas 120 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add oil and salt and mix well.
Pour into a preheated skillet and fry on both sides.
In a bowl, cut the sausage into strips, grate the cheese.
Add the chopped omelet and green peas into strips.
Season with mayonnaise, salt to taste. Our omelet salad is ready. Put in a salad bowl, garnish with herbs and serve.
