"Versailles" ham and croutons salad

Simple and delicious salad with ham and croutons for a festive table.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Ham 200 g

Bread rusks 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Processed cheese 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Green onion (feather) to taste

Salt to taste


Boil eggs, cool and peel, cook ham, cucumber and cheese.

Dice cucumber, ham and eggs into a bowl.

Add grated processed cheese and season with mayonnaise. Salt to taste.

Add croutons and stir.

Put the prepared salad in a salad bowl, garnish with green onions and cucumber slices.

The salad with ham and croutons is ready. Serve immediately.
