Milano Egg Salad is a simple, quick and tasty egg salad with melted cheese and green peas.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Eggs 4 pcs
Processed cheese 1 pc
Canned green peas 3-4 tbsp l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Green onions to taste
Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.
Dice into a bowl.
Add grated cheese.
Add green peas.
Add mayonnaise and finely chopped green onions.
Stir the salad and salt to taste.
