Salad with crab sticks "Nightingale"

Delicious and easy to prepare light salad with crab sticks and apple. The delicate apple taste is ideal for delicate natures.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Crab sticks 100 g

Corn 100 g

Apples 1 pc

Eggs 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Break the egg into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Whisk well.

Pour into a frying pan and fry an omelet pancake on both sides.

Cut the crab sticks into cubes in a bowl.

Add the diced apple.

Add canned corn.

Add the diced pancake.

Season with mayonnaise and stir. Salt to taste.

Put in a salad bowl, decorate as desired.
