A quick, tasty and healthy white cabbage salad. To quickly cut the salad, take a shredder grater, thanks to which the slices of cabbage and pepper will be thin and identical.
Cooking time 10 minutes
White cabbage 200 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon (a couple of slices) 2 pcs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chop the cabbage into a bowl.
Add chopped bell pepper and finely chopped parsley.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well. Season with vegetable oil.
Put in salad bowls and garnish with a lemon wedge.
