Beets 2 pcs
Walnuts 50 g
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 to taste
Boil 2 medium beets until tender, cool and peel.
Dice into a bowl.
Add 50 grams of chopped walnuts and 2 pressed garlic cloves.
