Delicious and quick salad "Christmas light" can be served in a large salad bowl or divided into small portioned bowls that will decorate your New Year's table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken liver 200 g
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs
Onion 1 ml
Carrot 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2-4 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Dill 1 sprig
Salt to taste
Peel the onions and carrots.
Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in a pan with vegetable oil.
Boil the liver and cool in the broth.
Dice the liver into a bowl.
Put the fried vegetables in a bowl and cool them.
Add diced pickles and sauteed vegetables to a bowl of liver.
Add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Mix.
Place in salad bowls, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and decorate to taste.
