Andy sausage salad

Delicious and easy-to-prepare salad with Andy sausage will appeal to those who like a little spicy.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Semi-smoked sausage 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Egg 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) to taste


Put the Korean style corn and carrots in a bowl.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Add the uncut eggs and sausage into cubes.

Add diced cucumber and finely chopped herbs.

Season with mayonnaise and stir.

Place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
