Korean carrots 100 g
Seaweed (canned) 100 g
Fresh champignons 5-7 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Wash the champignons, peel the onions.
Fry finely chopped onions and sliced mushrooms in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Remove and cool.
In a bowl, combine carrots and seaweed, after draining the brine.
Add mushrooms and onions. Mix. Salt to taste.
Put on a platter and serve.
