Exotic salad

"Exotic" salad is an incredibly tasty salad, the original serving of which will surprise even the most sophisticated. Plus, it's not hard to cook it.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Chicken fillet 1-2 pcs

Bell pepper 2 pcs

Baltic cheese 50 g

Kiwi 1-2 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the pepper.

Cut off the tail and make stripes along the length of the pepper. Expand a little.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cool.

Finely chop the chicken fillet.

Combine grated cheese, herbs and diced kiwi in a bowl.

Add chicken fillet and mayonnaise.

Stir and salt to taste.

Put the salad in the peppers.

Decorate with lettuce leaves, herbs and put prunes in the middle.

Exotic salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
