Salad 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Mayonnaise for salad dressing

Hard cheese 30 g

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste


Beat eggs with mayonnaise.

Bake 3-4 thin pancakes in a hot frying pan. Cool down.

In a bowl, combine the sliced ​​tomatoes and the chopped parsley.

Add grated cheese and sliced ​​pancakes in squares.
