Cut the pepper into strips.

Sliced ​​mushrooms. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences. Fry the peppers in sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.

Lay broccoli inflorescences on top. Add 1/4 cup water. Salt. Close the lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
