Pizza with quail eggs

Nowadays, in addition to vegetables, pizza is stuffed mainly with sausages, which is not surprising. But pizza with quail eggs is already a gimmick and therefore such food will not go unnoticed.

Quail Egg Pizza Recipe

Ingredients for the filling: Mayonnaise, tomato paste, bell peppers, hard cheese, any kind of sausage, quail eggs.

Dissolve yeast with a teaspoon of sugar in warm water and mix thoroughly. Wait for the cap to form, about 5-10 minutes, depending on the quality of the yeast.

In a deep bowl, add flour and salt, pour over the diluted yeast, pour in olive oil and knead a soft dough. Wrinkle, roll into a circle, cover with a towel or plastic and transfer to a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

After that, roll out the dough into a round layer, 5-8 mm thick.

Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza dish. Put mayonnaise and tomato paste greasing.

Add chopped bell peppers and sausage slices.

Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and send to bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Then remove, beat in the eggs and send them back to the oven for another 5 minutes.

Cook at 180 degrees.
