It is advisable to select not large potatoes of early varieties, rinse thoroughly and, without removing the skin, divide it into two, or even more, depending on the size. Pour in olive oil, add allspice, salt to taste and mix thoroughly (see photo 1). Send to a preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Over time, make sure the potatoes are fully cooked so they can be consumed. Remove from oven and let cool (see photo 2).

In the meantime, you need to prepare the dressing; in a deep bowl combine 1/2 teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon of olive oil, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and a few cloves of finely chopped garlic

You can optionally add more mayonnaise than indicated in the ingredients. Transfer the contents to the potatoes and mix thoroughly.

The end result is an indescribably tasty dish that, without such a hot sauce, would have looked boring and unremarkable. Agree that baked potatoes look much more interesting and appetizing in this form.
