Pea cream soup

Detailed recipe for puree pea soup:

1. The first step is to prepare the necessary products. Rinse the peas several times and soak in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours.

2. Peel and rinse the onions, cut into half rings.

3. Slice the carrots as shown in the photo.

4. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.

5. Place all chopped vegetables in a deep saucepan.

6. Fry in a little vegetable oil until golden brown, until the vegetables are slightly soft.

7. Then add smoked ribs.

8. Add the presoaked peas.

9. Pour a liter of water.

10. Bring the soup to a boil, reduce heat and continue simmering until tender, no more than 30 minutes.

11. After a while, remove the ribs from the finished soup.

12. Using a blender, beat the soup into puree.

13. Transfer the soup to another saucepan and add the cream. While stirring, bring to a boil again.

14. Pour the soup into a serving bowl.

15. Add pre-fried and finely chopped bacon or chopped ribs.

16. Add croutons or homemade toast from white bread.

17. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

18. Drizzle a little olive oil.
