Baked pink salmon with cheese
First of all, to cook pink salmon with cheese, gut and cut the fish into medium-sized steaks, about 2 cm thick. Grate the pieces with salt and pepper on all sides.
Next, cover a special form with foil and lay out the fish steaks in a layer. Top with lemon juice.
Following our recipe, apply mayonnaise on top of the fillet, not in a thick layer. Coarsely grate hard cheese and sprinkle with pink salmon.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. You should not overexpose the fish, because after you move the casserole from the oven, the dish, especially seafood, continues to cook for some time.
Pink salmon casserole turns out to be very delicate in taste and can be served with some vegetables or boiled rice.
