Classic Caesar Salad

It is believed that Caesar's recipe was invented by accident and in the original the salad consisted of a few ingredients, those that were available at that time and were always available.

For this we need: 80 g lettuce leaves, Parmesan cheese, Caesar sauce, salt, pepper and garlic croutons

1. Rinse the lettuce leaves, dry and divide into small parts by tearing with your hands, while removing the rough spots of the leaves.

2. Make croutons from white bread; cut soft bread into equal cubes, remove the crust. Salt and pepper the chopped pieces, add grated garlic, pour over with vegetable oil and stir. Send them to dry in the oven and bake until golden brown. As a result, the croutons will turn out to be golden brown, crunchy in taste, but in no case burnt.

3. Collect the lettuce leaves in one bowl and pour over the Caesar sauce - see the cooking process below. Add finely grated cheese and mix thoroughly. Decorate with large slices of cheese and sprinkle with garlic croutons.

Caesar salad with chicken and tomatoes

Because of the general love for this salad, a lot of options for everyone's favorite salad appeared. I would like to note that this method does not pretend to be originality, although the main ingredients are preserved and the main difference from the classic is the addition of chicken meat.

To prepare Caesar with chicken, you should buy the following products: Chicken Breasts, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Rusks, Hard Cheese, Salt and Special Sauce

First of all, boil or fry chicken breasts in a small amount of oil until cooked.

Meanwhile, in a flat serving dish, put not finely chopped lettuce leaves, pour over the sauce, put some breadcrumbs. When ready, divide the bird into arbitrary pieces, you can cut it into cubes or long slices, pour over the sauce again. Add the rest of the breadcrumbs, put the ripe tomatoes into slices and sprinkle with grated cheese. Drizzle with sauce.

Caesar Sauce Recipes

This sauce for many Caesar varieties is especially good for the latter - chicken salad, which is the most satisfying option among others.

Ingredients required: 1 yolk, 2 teaspoons of mustard, 50 ml of olive oil, 50 g of Italian parmesan cheese, 50 ml of white wine, One clove of garlic and a small amount of juice from one lemon.

Combine egg yolks, mustard, dry white wine, a clove of garlic and lemon juice in a deep bowl. Whisk with a blender until smooth, slowly pour in the olive oil and add the grated cheese. Finally, scroll through everything again and you can use it.

The secret of an impeccably tasty Caesar salad lies precisely in the sauce. To enjoy the taste to the fullest, you can only prepare the sauce according to all the rules, adding a rare component - "Worcester sauce", which is quite difficult to find and can only be purchased ready-made.
