The original recipe for a classic pizza is simple and always made from available ingredients such as tomatoes, artisanal cheese and yeast dough with olive oil. So, starting directly with the cooking process, first of all, let's analyze the optimal dough recipe for homemade pizza.
Pizza dough recipe
Main products: Dry yeast - 1 sachet (11 g), Sugar - 0.5 tsp. Spoons, Water - 250 ml. (1/2 tbsp.), Olive oil - 2 tbsp. Spoons, Flour - 350 g
For the best rise, the yeast should be diluted separately, in the following way: pour 100 ml of warm water in a glass or in a small deep bowl, it is important that the water should not be cold and too hot. Add a bag of dry yeast, half a teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of flour and mix everything thoroughly so that no lumps remain. Allow to come up for 10 minutes, until the cap is formed (see photo 1).
Next, sift the flour in a separate bowl and combine with salt. Pour in the diluted yeast on top, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, pour in the rest of the water. See 2, 3, 4, photos.
Knead a not very hard dough, knead thoroughly and round. Transfer to a cup, cover with a tablecloth or plastic and leave to rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
Over time, the dough should noticeably increase in volume by almost two times and you can safely start the process of preparing our pizza with any filling.
Important! When making yeast dough, remember that salt will reduce yeast activity and therefore should be diluted in water or mixed with flour halfway through the process.

Pizza with mushrooms and olives
Prepare the following foods: ketchup, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, olives, tomatoes, champignons or any other mushrooms, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil and onions.
First of all, prepare the dough according to the above recipe. For larger and thicker pizzas, divide the dough by two, and for thinner and smaller baked goods, divide by three.
Cut the mushrooms into small thin slices, you can use cubes or long slices. Fry them in oil, stirring briefly, for about 2 minutes.
Cut onion into thin half rings, combine with mushrooms, stir and remove from heat.
Next, roll out the dough that has come up in a thin layer, about 0.5 cm. Transfer to a baking sheet, having previously greased with oil, preferably on a round shape, apply ketchup and spread over the surface.
Spread the contents of the pan evenly, add chopped bell peppers, thinly chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add olives on top of everything, after cutting them. Send to the preheated oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Pizza with smoked sausage and mushrooms
We need: Sweet ketchup, Hard cheese, Any medium-sized smoked sausages, Sweet peppers, olives and champignons
Roll out the dough not very thin, about 1 cm thick.
Spread the surface with ketchup, mayonnaise can be added for a milder taste. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Cut the champignons into thin slices, simmer in a little oil for 5 minutes and place over the cheese.
Also cut sausages, bell peppers of different colors and olives very thinly. Place everything on the surface of the pizza.
Add a little more cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until the cake is lightly browned.
The $ 3, 655 pizza was prepared in Rome by one of the owners of an Italian restaurant on Valentine's Day. For the filling, caviar soaked in expensive champagne, lobsters, smoked salmon, selected venison cuts and edible gold were used.
Pizza with bacon, mushrooms and arugula
Ingredients required: 2 slices of bacon, onions, mushrooms, salt and black pepper, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, arugula, bell peppers, and the best varieties of hard cheese.

Then take out, spread over the surface with ketchup. Put the fried bacon and the entire contents of the pan with onions and mushrooms, distribute evenly. Add the bell peppers, cut into strips, place the arugula leaves in the center, sprinkle generously with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
When ready, transfer and let it brew for 5 minutes.
