  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add liver, salt and fry over medium heat until light brown, about 10 minutes. When ready, transfer, let the heat move away and the oil soak. Cut into small long pieces.

  • Next, rinse the fruit, divide into 4 parts, core and cut into thin wedges or strips. Drizzle with lemon juice to keep the apples from browning. Rinse the lettuce leaves, drain off the water and divide small.

  • The next step is to prepare the dressing: in a small bowl, according to the list of ingredients and following the recipe, pour oil, then vinegar, add curry, a little salt and black pepper, pour water and stir with a spoon (see photo 5). Next, we collect all the chopped food in one dish.

  • Season salad, stir thoroughly, add some more salt to taste and serve.
