Fresh cabbage salad "Kavolo"

A simple and quick coleslaw with ham, never sit on your table for too long.

Cooking time 15 minutes


White cabbage 300 g

Ham 150 g

Green peas 100 g

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Green onions

Salt to taste


Chop the cabbage on a thin shredder.

Place the cabbage in a bowl and gently mash it with your hands.

Add chopped ham, canned peas and mayonnaise into strips.

Stir the salad and season with salt to taste.

Place on a platter and garnish with green onions.

Fresh cabbage salad "Kavolo" is ready. Can be served at the table.
