Roll out the finished shortcrust pastry and transfer to the mold so that it lies flat, both from the bottom and to the sides and transfer to the freezer

In the meantime, grate more zest from two lemons, add the squeezed juice of all three lemons and honey. Mix thoroughly and let it brew for half an hour.

Remove the cooled dough from the refrigerator, place a load on top of the dough in the mold - it can be fruit pits or peas. We send to bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, for 15 minutes

Next, you need to prepare the pie filling. Add two eggs to the lemon juice with zest and honey that was prepared earlier and stir thoroughly, and then strain and add sour cream. Mix. The fill should be moderately liquid

Pour the lemon-honey filling on the freshly baked hot cake and return it back to the iron cabinet, reduce the temperature to 160C.

After about half an hour, as soon as the filling becomes jelly-like, you need to transfer the open pie with the filling of lemon and honey from the oven and cool before consumption

You can add walnuts to baked goods, which must be chopped and sprinkled on top before baking. You can also add dried fruits.
