The first step is to defrost the dough and rinse the apples. Fruit should be selected, preferably large. Divide them in half, and still divide the half, remove the core and cut into thin slices as possible

Next, pour a glass of water into a deep saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, simmer until the sugar melts. Gently place apples in boiling water and continue to cook for 2-4 minutes. After, remove from the stove and drain the water and let the fruit slices dry

In the meantime, you need to roll out the defrosted dough, cut into long ribbons 3 cm wide.
