Salad with Korean carrots "Ostrenky" will require a minimum of effort from you and will perfectly suit the role of a snack.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Sausage cervelat 100 g
Potatoes 1-2 pcs
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Boil the potatoes and cool, rinse the parsley, cut the cervelat and cucumbers into strips.
In a bowl, combine Korean carrots, sliced cervelat and cucumbers.
Add chopped potatoes and finely chopped parsley into small pieces.
Season with mayonnaise and stir. Place on a platter and garnish with quarters of boiled eggs and parsley.
Cool slightly and serve for the festive table.
