Mango and Chicken Liver Salad
In season, warm salads will be an ideal meal when you really want to have a hearty meal, but at the same time with benefit. Chicken liver salad also belongs to the category of dishes - simple, quick and tasty.
Ingredients: 250 g chicken liver, 350 g mango fruits, 75 g lettuce leaves, 5-7 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mustard, 2 tbsp. spoons of honey, black pepper and salt to taste.
Peel fresh mango and remove the pit. The mango pulp should be cut into medium cubes. Put a couple of handfuls of lettuce leaves on a flat plate first, and top with a tropical fruit.
Next, you need to prepare the dressing: pour 5 tablespoons of olive oil in a separate bowl, add mustard and honey. Stir well.
In a skillet, heat about 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the chopped pieces of chicken liver for a short time, until a light ruddy color. Season with salt and pepper with ground black pepper.
Transfer the liver to a plate with salad and pour over the mustard-honey dressing, about 4-5 tablespoons.
