Beef stew with vegetables recipe

Broccoli does not go badly with many foods. The easiest and fastest way to prepare a hearty broccoli dish is to stew it along with the meat, because beef stew is a meat eater's favorite food. And in order to facilitate and speed up the process as much as possible, we suggest stewing everything in one pan. Fast, simple and delicious!

It is best to buy fresh beef. Young calf flesh, neck or side is recommended. Well, broccoli can be replaced with regular cabbage or eggplant. Or, do the standard thing and just stew the meat and potatoes.

Cut the meat into long and thin pieces, preferably the same size, about the size of your little finger.

Heat about 40 g of oil in a deep skillet and fry until golden brown. Salt a little, taking into account that the soy is also salty.

Rinse broccoli and divide into smaller inflorescences.

In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and sesame oil.

Pour the prepared sauce to the meat, add a little more than one and a half cups of water, stirring constantly, bring to a boil and reduce heat.

Next, cook in the simmering mode - 15 minutes without closing the lid so that excess liquid evaporates.

2 minutes before the meal is ready, add the chopped garlic, stir again and continue cooking until the meat is tender.

Serve broccoli stew hot. Boil pasta or rice as a side dish.
