Beef salad

Boil the beef in salted water and cut into plastic.

Cut tomatoes into large cubes.

Also chop the cucumbers coarsely.

Dice the bell pepper as well.

Finely chop a sprig of dill.

In a bowl, combine hand-torn lettuce, chopped vegetables and beef. Add olive oil, olives, half a clove of garlic grated on a fine grater, salt and ground black pepper to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar. Stir well again. Put on a dish. Decorate with red onion rings, ketchup and a sprig of dill.
