in a frying pan, heat the rest of the oil, lightly fry the chopped onions in it, add the thinly chopped porcini mushrooms and continue frying for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour 100 grams of water into the mushroom gravy, add sour cream, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste and mix. Cook in simmering mode - 10 minutes, until some of the water boils away and the filling thickens noticeably.

Cool the cooked meatloaf in the oven a little, then chop it and serve with a creamy mushroom sauce.
