Beef tongue salad

This tender beef tongue salad will become a delicacy on any table, and it won't take long to prepare it.

Boiled beef tongue 100 g

Pickled cucumbers 1-2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Mayonnaise to taste


Cut the carrots into strips.

Onion in half rings.

Saute the onions and carrots in vegetable oil.

At the end, add the boiled tongue and fry a little.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.

Combine everything and season with mayonnaise. Place in portioned salad bowls and garnish with herbs.
