Cod liver salad with croutons


Cod liver 1 ban.

Hard-boiled chicken eggs 2 pcs

Canned corn 1 ban.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

White bread slice 3 pcs

Green onions to taste

Lettuce leaves for decoration

Dried oregano

Salt to taste

Cut the white bread into large cubes, mix with vegetable oil, salt and oregano and send to the oven for 200 C until the croutons are browned.

Drain the oil from the cod liver, mash with a fork. Add chopped eggs, canned corn, cod liver and mayonnaise to the croutons.

Mix everything gently, place in a serving ring on lettuce leaves. Garnish with finely chopped green onions.
