Rinse the cabbage, cut the stump, divide in two and chop finely.

Heat some of the oil, about 1 tbsp. spoons and put chopped cabbage into the pan.

Simmer over low heat - 5-8 minutes, with the lid ajar, until the cabbage starts to let the juice start.

Add grated carrots and onions, cut into half rings. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir and continue simmering over low heat - 10 minutes.

Divide the yeast dough into 2 parts, roll them out separately, put one part on a baking dish, tighten the sides and put the vegetable filling on top. And put the second part on top, this can be done in different ways, for example, cut out figures and cover the cake with them.

Prick the baking surface with a fork, brush with egg yolk and send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
