Radish 1 pc
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Dill 1 bunch
Provencal mayonnaise (or vegetable oil) 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Peel the radish.
Cut the radish into strips into a bowl.
Add sliced cucumber into strips.
Add finely chopped dill.
Stir salad and place on a platter.
