Salad with red beans and pine nuts

A salad with red beans and pine nuts, a real delight. The recipe is original and not at all complicated, your guests will be satisfied.

Can of red beans 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Boiled sausage 200 g

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Pine nuts 3 tbsp l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Peel carrots, onions. Grate carrots, finely chop the onion, cut the sausage into strips.

Fry the carrots and onions in a pan with vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.

Add the sausage and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Drain the beans and place in a bowl.

Add refried vegetables with sausage.

Fry pine nuts in a dry frying pan.

Add nuts, finely chopped dill and pressed garlic to a bowl. Stir and salt to taste.

Put in salad bowls and serve.
