Chicken goulash

How to make chicken goulash - recipe step by step

Rinse the meat and chop definitely large. Also prepare the vegetables, cut the onions into half rings, the carrots not in thick slices, but the potatoes in medium pieces, as for a roast.

In a deep saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the chopped chicken and garlic over medium heat until the meat is lightly browned.

Next, you should fry the onions for 2-3 minutes until the juice runs out, then add the carrots and potatoes.

It remains to add salt, ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of paprika, tomato paste and pour boiled water so that the water covers all the ingredients with two fingers.

Stir and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and cook the chicken goulash over low heat for 30-40 minutes, until the meat and vegetables have absorbed some of the water and become soft and the remaining liquid thickens.

Such a lunch is prepared in a hurry from the simplest and most inexpensive ingredients, which can include almost any product.
