To make the simplest cupcake, we need eggs, flour, ghee, baking soda, and apples with currants.

Warm ghee to room temperature and mix with powdered sugar. Leave some of the sugar, about 10 g for the sprinkling of the cake.

While driving in eggs one at a time, continue stirring with a whisk or mixer until a white fluffy mass.

Sifting flour over a bowl, mixing baking soda in it, knead a sponge dough of a smooth consistency. Then add the chopped apple pieces, some lemon juice and mix gently.
