Salad "Herring on a fur coat"

Not a single New Year in any family is complete without "herring under a fur coat", but if you want to surprise your guests, prepare a salad according to this recipe. Original, convenient serving and everyone's favorite taste will make the herring on a fur coat salad a highlight of your table.

Ingredients

Lightly salted herring 200 g

Eggs 4-5 pcs

Beets 2 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Provencal mayonnaise 4-5 tbsp l.

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)

Salt to taste

Preparation

Grease the molds with a little vegetable oil.

Put chopped fish fillets into small cubes on the bottom of the molds.

Put a layer of grated boiled beets and brush with mayonnaise.

Add a layer of grated boiled eggs and mayonnaise.

Put the grated boiled carrots in the last layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Put the salad from the mold on plates with lettuce and garnish with half eggs and herbs.
