Vegetable salad with celery

A quick and easy-to-make vegetable salad with celery for your diet or lean menu.

Ingredients

Bell pepper 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Cherry tomatoes 5 pcs

Celery (stem) 2 pcs

Lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Wash and dry the vegetables well, peel the seeds from the pepper.

In a bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, cut the celery into slices.

Cut the bell peppers and cucumber into slices.

Add chopped lettuce leaves, stir and season with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and salt to taste.

Put in a salad bowl.

Vegetable salad with celery is ready. Can be served at the table.
